The expression of interest allows us to match your family with the kitty that best suits your circumstances and needs (and vice-versa). It is a no obligation expression of interest, so you don’t have to follow through on an adoption if you change your mind. We only organise meets with our kittens and cats once we have an expression of interest form.
As part of the adoption process, we may ask quite a few questions. This is not designed to be difficult or intrusive, but to try to best match you with prospective kitties, and avoid the heartache of adoptions that are doomed to fail (such as a very skittish cat needing a quiet home being adopted by a big family with lots of small children and other animals).
We are confident that we will usually have a kitty to match what you are after, and our foster carers work closely with our potential adopters to match-make as best we can! We also work closely with a number of other small cat rescues in Perth, so if we don’t have the kitty you are after, we can usually refer you to another fantastic rescue 😊
